WHAT IS "MADE TO ORDER"?

Made to Order (MTO) means we create your products only after you place your order. This approach helps us avoid excess inventory and waste, ensuring each item is freshly made just for you.

WHAT TYPES OF PRODUCTS DO YOU OFFER?

We have a variety of products including t-shirts, hoodies, tank tops, and more. Each item comes in multiple sizes and colors.

WHAT SIZES ARE AVAILABLE?

Our apparel comes in a range of sizes from XS to 5XL. Size availability vary depending on the product.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE USED FOR THE APPAREL?

Our clothes are made from high-quality materials like 100% cotton, cotton blends, and other durable fabrics designed for comfort and longevity.

WHAT TYPE OF INK IS USED IN THE PRINTING PROCESS?

The inks used for DTG printing on the garments are water-based inks that are eco-friendly and safe for both you and the environment. These inks provide vibrant colors and a soft feel on the fabric.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Placing an order is easy! Just browse our products, pick your favorite design and size, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout.

CAN I MAKE ANY CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER IT'S PLACED?

Once an order is placed, it is immediately placed into queue for the production process, so we are unable to make any changes. Please double-check your order details before finalizing your purchase.

HOW DO I USE A DISCOUNT CODE OR COUPON?

WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING OPTIONS AND COSTS?

We currently only offer Standard U.S. Shipping.

  • Orders with a total value up to $74.99 will incur a flat shipping charge of $6.95.
  • We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders $75 and above, no promo code required!

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Processing Time:

All orders are subject to a processing time of 2 to 7 business days before they are shipped. Processing time includes selecting the items, printing, quality checks, and packaging.

Shipping Time:

Once your order has been processed, the estimated shipping time is between 5 to 8 business days, depending on your location and the efficiency of your local delivery service. Please note that this is an estimate and actual delivery times may vary.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

No. We currently only ship within the United States

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package online.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:


● Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
● Ask your local post office if they have your package
● Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them


If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your
neighbor’s, get in touch with us at hello@chicontheedge.com with your order number.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

At Chic On The Edge, we take great pride in the quality of our unique graphic tees and want you to love your purchase. Because our products are made to order, we unfortunately cannot accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a printing error, we will happily replace it at no extra cost. Just send us a photo of the issue, and we'll take care of the rest.

If your item isn’t quite right due to damage or a printing issue, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. Simply snap a photo of the defect and reach out to us. We’ll send you a replacement, free of charge.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED, INCORRECT, OR POORLY PRINTED ITEM?

While we enforce quality checks, sometimes mistakes can happen. If you receive a damaged or poorly printed item, we will replace it for free. Please email us directly at hello@chicontheedge.com and include a photo of the damaged item so we can assist you promptly.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY PRODUCT?

To keep your apparel looking great, we recommend washing it inside out in cold water, avoid fabric softener, and tumble drying on low.

CAN I MACHINE WASH MY PRODUCT?

Yes, you can machine wash your printed apparel. Just follow the care instructions provided with your item.

WILL THE PRINT FADE OR PEEL OVER TIME?

Our prints are made to last, but proper care will help maintain their quality over time.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED AFTER WASHING?

If your product is damaged after washing, please contact our customer service team for help.
